Fire It Up With spicy shrimp noodles
This Spicy Garlic Noodles with Shrimp recipe has become a beloved staple in my kitchen. As most of you know I am brand new to cooking, it is out of necessity and boredom which is currently developing into an interest. What makes it truly special is its simplicity, handful ingredients that are usually there in my grocery list, super flavourful, best of all is the minimal prep and cooking time and utensils used.
Description
While I’ve used shrimps in this version, you can switch it with either chicken, pork, beef or tofu. Elevate the flavours by tossing in your favourite vegetables. Some of my personal favourites that go well with the noodles are Green Beans, Bok Choy, Broccoli, and Cabbage.
Â
Depending on what I have available in the kitchen I either go with the spaghetti noodles or mix it up with fresh Udon Noodles or even Glass Noodles for a delightful twist. For those seeking a gluten-free option, buckwheat or soba noodles are excellent choices. The fun things about this recipe is it is so flexible and can be experimented with endlessly. I assure you, it’s a keeper and a fantastic addition to a not-so-heavy dinner plan.
