SKIP THE LINE:
Chuck your daily coffee run and enjoy this easy-to-make Iced Coffee from the comfort of your home. All you need is Instant Ground Coffee, Warm Water, Ice Cubes (different shapes make it more fun), cold milk, and of course, a whole lot of sugar if that’s how you like it!
Â
SECRET TO A DELICIOUS ICED COFFEE:
The key to a delicious Iced Coffee lies in its robust coffee concentrate. My method involves a bit of cheating, I prefer instant coffee and occasionally substitute my regular milk with different flavors like French Vanilla, Hazelnut, or Caramel to overindulge.
Â
IS IT JUST REGULAR POUR OVER COFFEE?:
Not at all! Simply pouring hot coffee over ice will result in a watery disappointment. Iced coffee is an entirely distinct experience. To achieve the perfect balance, it’s crucial to brew a potent concentrate – even stronger than your regular hot coffee – to ensure it retains its rich flavor when combined with ice and cream.
ingredients
- Â 3 tablespoons of Warm Water
- 2 teaspoons of Instant Ground Coffee
- 2 teaspoons of Sugar
- Ice Cubes
- 6 fluid ounces Cold Milk
direction
- Prep It: Get all your ingredients ready, cus this is going to be super quick
- Shake It: Combine the ground coffee, warm water and sugar in a jar and shake it or whisk it in a cup till it gets frothy. You can obviously cheat like I do and use an electric cappuccino stirrer
- Ice It: Add loads of ice to a tall glass, I love using ice cubes of different shapes. Add the coffee concoction to the ice. Pour milk into the glass as per your requirement, too much milk will make it too milky so figure out the best quantity for your taste
- Stir it: Firstly, look at how pretty it looks when the milk combines with the coffee concoction! Once you are done admiring and taking pictures stir it so the milk mixes well with the concoction
- Sip It: The easiest step of them all! Sip it and savour it. It would be tasty enough that you wouldn’t want to stop drinking, but take your time and enjoy every sip
